Project Description:

Originally a gas station, this building was bought to be repurposed into a new office space for the Couch Oil Company.  Working with Carrie Moore Interior Design, the project was envisioned as a “Nostalgic Modern” concept, to create a throwback feel with a contemporary edge.  The exterior walls were rebuilt with new parapet wall extensions wrapped in stucco and cedar siding.  All new custom signage and lighting was installed and the original canopy was restored and rebranded.  The modern renovation continued on the inside with all new modern finishes.  Custom lighting, polished concrete flooring, cedar wood ceilings, penny tile bathrooms and modern casework are just a few of the contemporary details that went into the new project.
