Project Description:

Dolly’s and the Main Street Pharmacy projects were downtown commercial up-fit projects within a historic building. Both projects required complete demolition of the interior spaces back to the original structural walls and floors. All new services were installed into the building, including all new HVAC with spiral duct, new plumbing and bathrooms, and all new electrical service with new lighting. Each space received a new custom built wooden store front that was fabricated on site.  Dolly’s interior buildout is colorful and whimsical, keeping as much of the original tin ceiling tiles in their raw unfinished state as possible. Choice locations of the original broken plaster work and exposed brick were maintained for a visually striking wall finish. Main Street Pharmacy was a classic buildout with clean finishes, contemporary signage and modern casework.
